National Pension System

National Pension System (NPS)

The Indian government also supports another investing scheme called the National Pension System (NPS). It is the ideal complement to your retirement investment plan since it is included within the category of Indian investments that prioritise long-term savings. Equities, government bonds, corporate bonds, and alternative investment funds (AIFs) are the four main asset groups into which NPS assets can be spread. NPS investments are eligible for superannuation under existing regulations if the investor reaches the age of sixty. NPS investors, on the other hand, are able to keep their money until they are 75 years old without superannuation.
